"vectorized" sounds like something that happens in illustrator, with which i am utterly inept, so i'm pretty sure that's not what i did. i scanned in a penciled version and finished it with a tablet in three layers; the sage one, the black "inks," and the white highlights (just the water; the highlights on the statue are holes in the sage layer). the digital drawing was done in photoshop, and is pixel- rather than vector-based. did i answer the question? hm. “vectorized” sounds like something that happens in illustrator, with which i am utterly inept, so i’m pretty sure that’s not what i did.
