midnight the cat

this, as you may know, is midnight, artist’s model, sleep therapist, sole co-worker, and best friend.

tomorrow morning she will have a radical mastectomy that i can’t even begin to afford. several people have offered to help, and in the coming days i will be posting portraits of them and/or their familiars here. it’s a small token of gratitude i can’t adequately demonstrate.

if you’d like to make a donation of any amount to midnight’s surgery fund in exchange for a drawing, please contact me. i hope the holiday has found you well, and with as much to be thankful for as i have.
